State police in Blair County say a Hollidaysburg man is facing over 600 counts of various charges related to the alleged repeated sexual abuse of a young girl.

Troopers say 52-year-old William Stonebraker is accused of sexually assaulting the girl, beginning when she was 6 years old, at a residence in Frankstown Township.

Police say the victim told investigators that Stonebraker told her not to tell anyone or "he would go to jail."

Authorities say, on multiple occasions, Stonebraker also allegedly "forced" the victim to watch him have sex with the child's mother.

According to the affidavit, police say the girl told investigators that from ages 8 to 11, Stonebraker had allegedly assaulted her at least twice per week.

Troopers say Stonebraker is also accused of strangling the victim, on one occasion.

Stonebraker is being held at the Blair County Prison on 312 counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, one count of aggravated indecent assault, 3 counts of indecent exposure, 316 counts of corruption of minors, one count of strangulation and one count of indecent assault, according to online court records.

Authorities charged Stonebraker for similar accusations in June of 2020 after he allegedly sexually abused a teenage girl. That case is still making its way through the court system.

Stonebraker is being held on $250,000.
