CLEARFIELD COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — Authorities say an inmate at SCI Houtzdale has pleaded guilty to killing his cellmate last summer.
District attorney Ryan Sayers says Derek Bullard entered a plea to third degree murder in the death of 79-year-old Roberto Quevada.
Investigators charged Bullard in August after police say he admitted to strangling Quevada and then wrapping his body up in a blanket and leaving him in his bunk.
