MONROE CO, (WOLF) — A Magisterial District Judge for Tobyhanna and Tunkhannock Townships arraigned today. John R. Caffese was arraigned today on criminal charges including Unsworn Falsification to Authorities, False Swearing, Theft by Deception, Receiving Stolen Property, and Obstructing Administration of Law. Officials say these charges stem from Caffese misrepresenting his residency in order to appear to reside within the magisterial district of Tobyhanna and Tunkhannock Townships, Monroe County, for appointment as a Magisterial District Judge.

UPDATEHUNTINGDON COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) — One person is dead after a two-vehicle crash Friday morning in Huntingdon County. It happened on Route 453 in Warriors Mark Township around 7 a.m. State police say a Chevy Trail Blazer was traveling south when the driver, William Brown, lost control around a turn. They say Brown's vehicle entered the opposite lane and crashed head on into a dump truck hauling 23 tons of stone.

DUBOIS - Four baseball fields in the city of DuBois are currently undergoing construction and upgrades. AstroTurf is expected to be laid in the outfield of Showers Field on Maple Avenue starting Wednesday. The new Challenger Field in the city park has been under construction since the beginning of August. Currently, the concession stand, press box and dugouts are being built.
