Investigators said that Michael Stevens, 47, is being charged with online solicitation of a minor. Stevens is the superintendent of a school district in North Texas near Dallas. According to officials, Stevens began talking to who he thought was a teenage girl but were trained officers who were conducting a months-long sting operation.
