Westmoreland County, PA — Authorities in Westmoreland County are providing an update on the investigation into the fatal officer-involved shooting from earlier this month.
On Friday, Westmoreland County District Attorney Nicole Ziccarelli ruled that the officers involved in the July 2nd shooting were justified in killing 59-year-old Robbie Saunders.
Investigators say on the afternoon of Sunday, July 2nd, officers were called to a home along Gravel Hill Road, in Ligonier Township, for a report of a disturbance.

CEDAR CITY, Utah (KUTV) — A woman was charged with felony manslaughter after police said she admitted to delivering fentanyl to a woman who died of an overdose shortly after.
Officials arrived at a hotel room in Cedar City, where they said the woman was found with Narcan beside her along with what appeared to be blue fentanyl pills and evidence that it had been smoked.
First responders said the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
