NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Morgan Wallen's new Nashville bar opened this weekend after the original opening date was delayed.
"This Bar & Tennessee Kitchen" was supposed to open Memorial Day weekend. A representative confirmed the bar's beer permit had not yet been approved.

However, a spokesperson says the beer permit approval was not the reasoning for the venue's delayed opening, but that all parties involved were "working through all of the complexities of starting this new business."
TC Restaurant Group announced the bar will now open Saturday, June 1 at 11 a.m.
“We’re thrilled to welcome our first guests on Saturday, June 1, to This Bar leading into CMA Fest,” said Grant Burlingame, vice president of operations at TC Restaurant Group. “This venue has been a labor of love for us and Morgan. His fans and music lovers alike will love the experiences they will find at This Bar. We’re proud to open its doors.”
This Bar is located on 4th Avenue in downtown Nashville, adjacent to the Ryman Auditorium just off Broadway.
The six-story venue will be approximately 30,000 square feet and feature three live music stages, six bars, a rooftop and a gift shop with exclusive Morgan Wallen merchandise.
