Lakemont Park to kick off annual 'Holiday Lights on the Lake' this weekend

Blair Co., PA (WJAC) The 26th annual Holiday Lights on the Lake event at Lakemont Park is scheduled to kick off Friday, Nov. 18th. According to a press release, visitors will be able to view the annual lightshow daily, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., through January 8th.

According to a press release, visitors will be able to view the annual lightshow daily, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., through January 8th.

"Visitors can expect traditions such as the Avenue of Trees, Tunnel of Lights, Santa photos, the model train exhibit courtesy of the Alto Model Train Museum Association, and delicious cinnamon roasted nuts by Nuts For You," the release states.

Lakemont officials say there will also be new treats available for visitors.

Santa Clause will make appearances at Lakemont from Nov. 19th through Dec. 23rd, and a Holiday Market will also be set up at the park on Saturday, Nov. 19th, according to the release.

Park officials say unlimited visitor passes are now available for $50, and can be purchased at the Lakemont Park Administrative Office, or at the main gate. Single visit passes are $15
