CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas (SBG SAN ANTONIO) - Selena's brother, Abraham "A.B." Quintanilla, was taken into custody during a hearing in Nueces County Wednesday morning.

According to KRIS-TV, Quintanilla was in court concerning non-payment of child support. KRIS-TV reports that Judge Missy Medary revoked Quintanilla's community supervision and ordered he be taken to the Nueces County Jail.

"I am going to have you sit in the jail, and I want you to think about two things," said Judge Medary. "I want you to think about your responsibility as a father, and I want you to think of the rights of your child."

KRIS-TV's report states Judge Medary said she would have Quintanilla brought back to the courtroom at a later date to "discuss if he should remain in jail and whether or not he understands his obligations as a parent."
